There is no maximum number for party packs but please call us for parties over 30 children to discuss your specific requirements in detail.

• Paddle Boats are not included in the party packages but may be purchased separately in advance
• * Springy’s Rock Climbing Wall is only included in the Adventurers Party. Height restrictions apply
• Please ensure closed in shoes and appropriate clothing is worn so that the children can enjoy all of the Adventure activities available
• Please bring towels & swimwear if using Splash Park in the summer months – the children will get wet!
• Please bring waterproof clothes if it looks like rain!

Can we bring our own birthday cake?

• You will need to provide candles as required. We are happy to supply plates and napkins. No other food or drinks are permitted in Adventure Land or Springy’s Diner.

What if someone wants to come at the last minute?

• Please let us know as soon as (minimum day before) we can then confirm availability.

Can we stay longer than 3 hours?

• We can only confirm on the day as it is dependent on availability.

Do parents need to go on the activities with the children?

• A degree of parental supervision is required at all times. Our Party Host will advise when they need extra help such as on the Skynet and Springy’s Railroad.

Is the Party Room decorated?

• Yes, your dedicated Party Room is fully decorated with bunting, bright tablecloths and birthday backdrops. You can however bring along a helium birthday balloon if you wish.

What happens if it rains?

• Adventure Land is predominantly an outdoor attraction, and we will continue to operate in the rain. There is an option to move to the covered terrace as the weather dictates. Thunder & lightning, or winds in excess of 25mph, will disrupt activities but we will continue with the fun after the storm passes. Please dress accordingly.

What happens if it is really hot?

• Adventure Land is predominantly an outdoor attraction and we will continue to operate in hot weather. Splash Park is the most vulnerable activity and play may be interrupted or halted if we reach 30 degrees plus. Please do brings hats & sunscreen.

What if someone doesn’t turn up on the day, do I have to still pay for them?

• Unfortunately, yes as our birthday party preparations will have already begun.

What do we wear?

• Adventure Land is a day filled with play for younger children. Please dress accordingly and be prepared for all weathers, in order to gain the most enjoyment from your party. For example: Trainers are a must for the Skynet and Climbing Wall as are leggings, hats and sunscreen.
